As you will see, most of my adventures are in the beautiful countryside of Staffordshire and the scenic Peak District National Park, which is more or less on my doorstep. I feel privileged to have such a magnificent landscape so close to where I live.
Families these days spend too much time indoors which isn't healthy or fun. There are plenty of places that you can visit if you just take the time to step outdoors and do a little exploring, it's amazing what you can discover in your local area. Children should be outside climbing trees, building dens and learning about the natural world around them. By taking regular exercise outdoors in natural environments you can help children and adults to live a healthy lifestyle both physically and mentally. Research shows that walking daily helps to reduce mental health problems as well as keeping your body physically fit and healthy, that's why I'm taking part in Country Walking Magazines and View Rangers #walk1000miles challenges.
I hope you enjoy browsing through my adventures which are available for you to download as a GPX file or you can click this link which will take you directly to my View Ranger account where you can see all of my walking and biking routes.

Wales
Wales is a walkers paradise with its rugged coastline, mountainous national parks, hiking trails, glacial landforms, lakes, forests, steam trains and its Celtic culture. Wales never fails to disappoint me when I visit and I'm always blessed with stunning scenery.
